Repair Assurance: If your vehicle is damaged due to the impact of extreme weather and needs to file an insurance claim, Li Auto's exclusive claims experts will assist you to quickly complete insurance claims and repairs until your car is repaired.
Charging Assurance: If your Li Auto home charging pile is affected by extreme weather such as typhoons and heavy rainfalls and is flooded by waterlogging, after the water recedes, you can call Li Auto's official number 400-686-0900, and we will provide a free circuit inspection to ensure safe use. If the circuit or charging pile needs to be replaced, Li Auto will replace it for free.
Vehicle Use Assurance: If your vehicle has dangerous wading behaviors such as long-term wading or wading depth exceeding the wheel in extreme weather, afterwards, you can go to the Li Auto service center or authorized paint and spray center, and we will provide a free inspection of wading parts.
