TapTechNews reported on May 11 that the new Tesla Model 3 Performance version has been announced last month with a starting price of 33.59 million yuan (approximately $4,835 USD).
TapTechNews noted that this model has just appeared on the latest application list by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). As a high-performance model, it is equipped with a dual motor all-wheel drive system, with the front motor having a maximum power of 137 kilowatts and the rear motor 265 kilowatts.
In terms of dimensions, the new vehicle measures 4724mm in length, 1848mm in width, and 1430mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2875mm.
Regarding the power system, the vehicle is equipped with a dual motor all-wheel drive system, with the front motor reaching a maximum power of 137 kilowatts and the rear motor 265 kilowatts. The battery type used is a ternary lithium-ion battery.
