Intel Releases New Driver for Graphics Cards and Processors

TapTechNews May 17th news, Intel has released the 31.0.101.5522 version WHQL driver for the Core Ultra processor suitable for Arc A series graphics cards, Iris Xe graphics cards and integrated Arc core display.

TapTechNews learned through the official that the new version is adapted to games like Call of the Waves, Unchained League, Hellblade 2: Senna's Saga, and also the just-released Starfield May update.

Compared to Intel's 31.0.101.5448 driver, the Starfield May update (DX12) can achieve an average of up to 8% increase in 1080p maximum quality FPS and 7% increase in 1440p high quality FPS when using the new version of the driver.

The 11th generation Intel® Core™ processor family (code named TigerLake, RocketLake, TigerLake-H)

The 12th generation Intel® Core™ processor family (code named AlderLake-S, AlderLake-H, AlderLake-P, AlderLake-U, AlderLake-HX, AlderLake-N)

The 13th generation Intel® Core™ processor family (code named RaptorLake-S, RaptorLake-HX, RaptorLake-H, RaptorLake-P, RaptorLake-U)

The 14th generation Intel® Core™ processor family (code named RaptorLake update)

Intel® Core™ Ultra processor family (code named MeteorLake)
