A third-party spokesperson for Signify, Kate Helander, replied to the media:

After extensive analysis, we have discovered an interoperability issue in the Matter smart home standard, that is, a random temporary radio communication interruption will be wrongly identified as a power switch of a traditional switch, thus turning a low-brightness lamp into full brightness.

It is reported that Signify is developing a permanent fix for this problem, and this fix will be launched within next week.

In addition, if users can't wait for the fix to be pushed, they can disconnect the connection between the Philips Hue Bridge gateway and Matter during this period.
