Apple to Release New MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini with M4 Series Chips in 2024

TapTechNews October 2nd news, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg released the latest issue of the PowerOn newsletter today (October 2nd), revealing that Apple will release new MacBook Pro, iMac, and Mac mini products equipped with the M4 series chips this year (2024).

Regarding the release time, Gurman initially said it was an online event to be held in October this year; but now he has blurred the relevant expression in the expose and used 'in the next few weeks', and in the latest blog post he even used 'by the end of the year'.

The M4 chip has been launched in the latest iPad Pro, with performance up to 25% faster than the M3 chip, and the M4 supports up to 10-core CPUs.

The Mac mini will be updated with M4 and M4Pro chips, and its volume will be close to that of the Apple TV, lacking USB-A ports and will be equipped with five USB-C ports, which is a major design change since 2010.
