JD.com Fully Opens Door-to-Door Delivery Service for Merchants

TapTechNews July 5th news, JD.com announced today that the self-service opening of door-to-door delivery service for merchants is fully open.

JD.com stated that to enhance the user experience of order fulfillment for merchants, it encourages merchants to independently open the door-to-door delivery service. The service supports store ranges of B stores and individual C-store stores, but does not support natural person C-store stores.

According to the introduction, door-to-door delivery means that merchants can independently open the door-to-door delivery service by commodity dimension on the Jing Mai side. After opening, it can promise door-to-door delivery to users in the whole link, and the carrier delivers as needed.

Door-to-door delivery orders for small and medium-sized items, using ZTO, YTO, STO, J&T Express, and Yunda for outbound shipping; charging standard: 1 yuan for within 5 kilograms, 0.2 yuan for each additional kilogram, and merchants pay the carrier through the JD.com platform.
