TapTechNews May 24 news, storage company Transcend recently announced the launch of two industrial-grade CFast2.0 memory cards - CFX730 and CFX610.
TapTechNews note: CFast memory cards are mainly for the industrial market and photography and video equipment. It is based on the SATA protocol, and the latest version CFast2.0 supports SATA III 6 Gbps transmission interface.
Both of these memory cards are equipped with 112-layer 3D flash memory, with a maximum sequential read speed of 550 MB/s and a maximum sequential write speed of 520 MB/s, and a wide-temperature version that can optionally support working in an environment of -40 to 85 °C (-40 to 185 °F) is available.
The CFX730 can be selected with capacities ranging from 20 GB to 320 GB, while the CFX610 can be selected with capacities ranging from 64 GB to 1 TB.
The CFX730 supports SLC Mode technology, and the write endurance reaches 100 KP/E cycles, which is suitable for write-intensive embedded systems; the CFX610 has a write endurance of 3000 P/E.
At the same time, both CFX730 and CFX610 also support write protection function, which can ensure the integrity of the data in the card in case of accidents.
Transcend provides a 3-year warranty for both CFX730 and CFX610.
