China's Fuxing High-Speed Train Wins Award and Updates

TapTechNews June 26 news, China's Fuxing High-Speed Train won the special award of the 2023 National Science and Technology Progress Award on June 24, and the China Railway Micro Platform released the Fuxing EMU family pedigree chart today.

By the end of 2023, a total of 1194 standard sets of Fuxing high-speed trains have been put into use, transporting 2.2 billion passengers, and have accumulated a safe operation of 2.34 billion kilometers, with the operation range covering 30 provincial-level administrative regions and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, the CR400AF-BS train of the upgraded version of the Fuxing Intelligent EMU technology was put into operation on the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway on June 15, adding a preferred first-class seat. The preferred first-class seat uses a shell-shaped electric seat, the distance between the front and rear rows of seats is further enlarged, the seat can be rotated 180 degrees, and the backrest and leg angles can be adjusted independently; the power socket is located in the middle of the two seats, and there are also two charging interfaces of Type-A and Type-C; beside each seat headrest is equipped with a reading lamp.
