As of August 31, 2024, there were 359 online car-hailing platform companies nationwide that obtained the online car-hailing platform operation license, an increase of 3 compared to the previous month.

Across the country, 7.295 million online car-hailing driver's licenses and 3.101 million vehicle transport licenses were issued, with growth rates of 1.9% and 1.6% respectively.

The online car-hailing regulatory information interaction system received a total of 1.029 billion orders in August, with a 1.6% increase month-on-month.

Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, the order compliance rates (referring to the proportion of orders where both the driver and the vehicle have obtained licenses) from high to low are Xihua Chuxing, Xiangdao Chuxing, Ruqi Chuxing, Jishi Yongche, Xixing Yueche, CaoCao Chuxing, T3 Chuxing, Yangguang Chuxing, DiDi Chuxing, and Xiaohua Zhu Chuxing.

This month, the top 3 in terms of order compliance rate growth are Xiangdao Chuxing, Xiaohua Zhu Chuxing, and DiDi Chuxing in sequence; the bottom 3 in terms of growth are Ruqi Chuxing (-2.8%), Yangguang Chuxing (-3.9%), and Xixing Yueche (-5.8%).

Platforms that provide services jointly with online car-hailing platform companies for passengers (commonly known as aggregation platforms) completed 281 million orders, with a 7.1% increase month-on-month. The order compliance rates from high to low are Xiaohua Zhu Chuxing, DiDi Chuxing, Gaode Dache, Ctrip Yongche, Baidu Dache, Tencent Chuxing, and Meituan Dache.

In major central cities, the order compliance rates from high to low are Guangzhou, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Jinan, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Nanning, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Tianjin, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Changsha, Wuhan, Lanzhou, Hefei, Nanchang, Xining, Taiyuan, Changchun, Hohhot, Lhasa, Yinchuan, Kunming, Harbin, Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang, Beijing, Urumqi.

Among them, 21 cities including Guangzhou, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Jinan, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Nanning, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Tianjin, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Changsha, Wuhan, Lanzhou have order compliance rates of more than 80%.
