Microsoft Fixed Multiple Issues in Windows 11/10, But Some Users Encountered 0x80245006 Error

For Windows 11, Microsoft also resumed the update that was previously suspended due to issues.

However, some users encountered the error code 0x80245006 when trying to download the June Patch Tuesday updates for Win11 and Win10.

TapTechNews noted that this problem was first discovered and reported by a Windows 11 forum user named Draken: I recently reset the Win11 system, and now when I try to search for updates in Windows Update, I encounter the error 0x80245006, and the update program can't find any updates. I tried many solutions recommended online, but none of them worked.

Microsoft has clarified that the 0x80245006 error belongs to a Windows Update problem and has been fixed. Microsoft employee Jennifer G replied in the relevant post in the feedback center: This problem should have been solved. Therefore, if you had previously encountered a blocked Windows update and had the 0x80245006 error, you can try to update again now. If the problem still exists, you can provide feedback in the feedback center.
