China's Three Departments Launch
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly carry out an innovation initiative to promote cooperation among national high-tech zones, universities, and enterprises. It aims to achieve technology and talent progress within a one-year period.
