It is reported that Han Junyu has been with Baidu since 2012 and is an early employee of Baidu IDL Deep Learning Laboratory, engaging in visual AI research and development work, and has developed technologies and products such as visual models, digital humans, face recognition, OCR (character recognition), and visual intelligent hardware. Tao Ji, the overall head of the Changan Intelligent Driving R & D team, once worked with Han Junyu at Baidu.

Public information shows that the entire R & D team of Changan's self-developed intelligent driving currently has about 600 people. The Changan Qiyuan E07, which will be released in the second half of this year, will be the first model to carry Changan's self-developed L2+ solution. It adopts the NVIDIA OrinX platform and is equipped with a LiDAR, which can realize high-speed NOA and can be upgraded to urban NOA in the future.

Just on August 20th that just passed, Aouita signed the Equity Transfer Agreement with Huawei, stipulating that Aouita Technology purchases the 10% equity held by Huawei, and the transaction amount is 11.5 billion yuan. At the same time, Aouita Technology intends to sign the Shareholder Agreement with Huawei and Yinwang. After this transaction, Aouita Technology's shareholding ratio in Yinwang is 10%, and Huawei's shareholding ratio in Yinwang is 90%.
