According to the introduction, the hydrogen refueling robot is mainly composed of a safety room, a robot, and supporting safety sensors, etc. Through the coordinated cooperation of multiple modules, it can realize one-click automated hydrogen refueling for hydrogen-powered locomotives, becoming a new productive force in the field of hydrogen refueling and railway freight transportation, and also providing important support for the construction of hydrogen refueling stations on the Mengxi heavy-haul railway.

The official said that the robot system has obtained the first domestic explosion-proof qualification certificate for hydrogen refueling robots in China, meeting the hydrogen explosion-proof requirements of IIC level, with functions of fault self-diagnosis and fault alarm, being able to monitor the running environment of vehicles and itself in real time, and the implementation of security operations is more reliable, stable, and safe.
