According to the introduction, this drone adopts a hybrid rotor design, and the fuselage blades can adjust different postures according to different scenarios. It can act as a propelling tail fin in water and can transform into a fixed-wing wing in the air to provide lift for the drone's air cruise.

The researchers said that this drone has multiple functions such as vertical takeoff and landing and hovering, horizontal flight, and underwater gliding. It can not only autonomously position in the air but also land in the designated sea area or water surface and enter underwater submerged navigation. After completing the underwater observation task, it can drill out of the water and return by autonomous flight.

In terms of specific parameters, TapTechNews learned that this amphibious drone has a 50-meter underwater navigation, a 5-kilogram load capacity, and good air movement and cross-medium capabilities. The underwater propulsion speed is 3 meters per second, and the air flight speed can reach 125 kilometers per hour, and it can also achieve hovering in the air.
