Apple Launches

TapTechNews June 20th news, Apple today launched its annual Back to School promotion campaign for college students in North America, offering a maximum gift of 200 Canadian dollars or 150 US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 1090 Chinese yuan) of Apple gift card.

For users who purchase eligible Mac or iPad computers, Apple will give a certain amount of gift card. In addition, Apple also offers students a 20% discount on AppleCare+.

Current or admitted college students,

College faculty and staff,

Parents who purchase products on behalf of eligible students,

Employees of K-12 educational institutions and other eligible people.

According to Apple's terms and conditions, this promotional activity is valid until September 30th US time. It is worth noting that the free gift card is an additional giveaway and does not count in the range of Apple's standard educational discounts (most Macs and iPads can enjoy an educational discount of 5-10%).
