GAC Group Announces Cyber Reporting Center and Reward Program

Recently, the state issued the 'Regulations on the Governance of Cyber Violence Information' to further strengthen the governance of cyber violence information. In recent years, many enterprises including our company have been deeply affected by cyber violence information. In response to the national call and to maintain a good environment of fair competition in the industry, we hereby issue a sincere proposal to the entire industry, calling on all peers to join hands and jointly create a good cyber environment that abides by laws and regulations, is honest and trustworthy, respects and assists each other, and resolutely resists cyber violence behaviors such as rumors, smears, and defamations.
To safeguard our company's legal rights, as of today, our company has established a cyber reporting center and publicly solicits online infringement clues or evidence against our company. The valid forms of clues or evidence include but are not limited to contracts, mails, chat records, audio-visual materials, etc. obtained through legal channels, and can clearly point to relevant individuals or units.

2. Acceptance scope:
(1) Maliciously collecting or fabricating negative and false information involving GAC Group to slander the company or the company's management and entrepreneurs; taking out of context or inciting netizens' negative emotions against our company by using online hot topics; and seeking illegal benefits through the above behaviors.
(2) Publishing negative reports and comments on GAC Group and the management and entrepreneurs, and asking for property or business cooperation in the name of deleting reports and comments and eliminating the impact.
(3) Recruiting online black PR to spread rumors, slander, and insult GAC Group and the management and entrepreneurs, causing damage to business reputation and personal reputation.
(4) Opportunistically marketing by rubbing against the hot events involving GAC Group, releasing a large number of false information through cross-platform multi-accounts densely, maliciously attacking GAC Group, and attracting fans and引流 profitlessly without a bottom line.
(5) Other behaviors that damage the brand image and goodwill of GAC Group, affect and interfere with enterprise production a nd operation or smear the management and entrepreneurs of the enterprise, etc.
3. Reward for reporting:If the reporting clue or evidence is verified and valid by the judicial organ and ultimately accepted and processed, we will give the reporter a reward of 100,000 to 1,000,000 yuan according to the actual situation. At the same time, the GAC Group reporting center will strictly keep the personal information of all reporters confidential.
GAC Group has always adopted an open attitude towards all opinions and sincerely accepts the suggestions and comments on the company's operation and development and product services from people from all walks of life. However, for cyber violence behaviors such as malicious rumors, pulling and slandering, our company will never tolerate or give in. As of today, for those units or individuals who have implemented the above infringement behaviors against GAC Group and the management and entrepreneurs on any platform in the past, please delete or take down the processing within 2 days, otherwise our company will immediately preserve evidence and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
