watchOS 10.6 may be the last development branch of the watchOS 10.x branch. Apple's focus has already been on the watchOS 11 system, so the improvement range of watchOS 10.6 is not large, mainly focusing on bug fixes and improving background stability.
To install the watchOS 10.6 update, developers need to open the Apple Watch application, go to the Software Update section under Settings -> General, and then switch to the watchOS 10 developer beta version. In addition, an Apple ID associated with the developer account is also required.
To upgrade the iOS/iPadOS 17 developer preview version and public beta version, you can refer to the experience shared by Family Friends: Experience post 1 || Experience post 2 || Experience post 3 || Experience post 4.
Starting from the iOS/ iPadOS 16.4 developer preview version Beta1, it is necessary to register for the Apple Developer Program. After registration, open the system [Settings] [Software Update] to see the upgrade option. Please note that your iPhone or iPad must be logged in with the same Apple ID used when registering for the Apple Developer Program to see the upgrade option in the settings.
In future iOS and iPadOS versions, this new setting will be the way to enable the developer preview version and public beta version, and the configuration profile will no longer grant access.
