Microsoft Releases Windows 11 Update with New Features and Bug Fixes in Beta Channel

Microsoft is inviting some Windows Insider members in the Beta channel to test the following new features:

As reported by TapTechNews on June 20th, Microsoft is inviting Beta channel users to test the new features of the Windows 11 Start menu, directly view the status of connected Android phones/tablets and other mobile devices in the floating widget window and perform corresponding operations.

[Copilot]

The Copilot application can be pinned to the taskbar, and users can operate the Copilot application like a traditional application, supporting resizing, moving and grabbing the window, etc.

Microsoft is inviting some Windows Insider members in the Beta channel to test the following repaired functions:

[File Manager]

Fixed the contrast issue of some elements (left navigation pane, view pane/folder view, lower right corner status bar button) in the File Manager under light, dark and high contrast themes. For example, after adjustment, when users select a file or folder, it is easier to see clearly.

Microsoft provides the following repaired content for all Beta channel users:

Fixed the problem that the Settings application crashes when viewing Wi-Fi properties.

Fixed the problem that causes the Settings application to crash when attempting to install optional features.

New occurrence: The problem that the screen reader cannot read out the list of All Applications.

New occurrence: This problem will cause some applications to not be correctly sorted in the All Applications list when using some display languages.
