Many citizens said that Roborun has situations such as stopping in the middle of the road for no reason, occupying the leftmost lane and driving at a low speed on the viaduct, and getting stuck when turning, resulting in congestion during the morning and evening rush hours.

In the comment below one of the messages, the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee responded: After verification, this vehicle is an unmanned vehicle. The vehicle is continuously debugged during the road test process. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. At the same time, the traffic police brigade in the development zone will irregularly interview the person in charge of the vehicle's affiliated company, and feed back the problems you reported to the affiliated company to ensure road safety.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, Baidu Apollo released its sixth-generation unmanned vehicle - Yichi 06 on May 15, 2024, with a unit price of 204,600 yuan ($30,000), and the first batch of 1000 units was delivered to Roborun. Roborun said that its goal is to achieve a break-even in Wuhan by the end of 2024 and fully enter the profit period in 2025.
