TapTechNews translated part of EA's official statement as follows:

Some players may notice that we are investigating more problems than in previous months, and this is because we have formed a team and invested in the core game experience to solve the technical problems in The Sims 4.

We have been reviewing the problems reported by players that have long interfered with the players' The Sims 4 gaming experience, and we realize that this has caused a lot of frustration.

This is also the reason why we formed this dedicated team, which will be able to increase the number of fixable problems we can solve and increase the frequency at which we release these batch updates.

Our goal is to fix more reported small problems in the next six months and beyond, and tick more items on our'miscellaneous list'. This is our first version, and other versions will be released approximately every two months.
