Feifan RC7 Regulatory Submission Images Revealed, Battery Swappable Model Available

TapTechNews May 11th – The Feifan RC7 has been listed in the latest batch of regulatory submissions announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with the vehicle expected to hit the market later this year.

As the third model of Feifan, the RC7 features a brand new design style that looks very sporty, including a full-width grille design at the front.

TapTechNews noted that there are four versions of the new vehicle filed in the submission, including three non-battery-swappable versions, mainly differing in their weight and maximum speed specifications. The new vehicle's dimensions are 4860*1920*1660mm (length*width*height), with a wheelbase of 2935mm (approximately 115 inches).

In terms of power, the new vehicle supports both charging and battery swapping options. It is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a peak power of 150kW, and it uses both nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries supplied by SAIC's battery division.
