Air China Launches 'First Flight' Service for Passengers

TapTechNews August 21st, Air China announced yesterday the launch of the 'First Flight' service. The service covers three main scenarios of 'online, on the ground, and on the plane', and escorts passengers taking their first flight or those with similar needs from three aspects of 'Travelling with a guide, having guidance on the ground, and getting instructions on the plane'.

In terms of online services, passengers can log in to the 'First Flight' service zone on Air China's mobile terminal, and follow the online prompts and the on-site 'six-step flight' guidance card to timely and gradually complete the preparations before the flight and master the on-site flight process and key matters in each link. The passenger identity label is simultaneously transmitted to the cabin crew of the flight they are taking, and they will be noticed as soon as they board the plane.

Besides, Air China also released 4 guides of 'How to Take a Plane', 'How to Carry Luggage', 'What Services Are There on the Plane', and 'Response to Special Needs'.
