Apple Announces 2024 Design Awards Winners

TapTechNews June 7th, Apple today announced the winners list of the 2024 Apple Design Awards. The strategic role-playing game 'Honkai: Star Rail' developed by miHoYo was shortlisted, but in the end Apple chose the social game 'Rooms'.

Apple officially said, 'Every year, the Apple Design Awards recognize the outstanding creativity, originality, and technical achievements demonstrated by developers in App and game design. And this event now takes on a new meaning and becomes a time to review and celebrate the diversity and richness of the Apple developer community.'

TapTechNews Note: The Apple Design Awards are divided into seven categories: Delightful, Inclusive, Innovative, Intuitive, Impactful, Visually Stunning, and Spatial Computing. Spatial Computing is newly added this time, mainly for outstanding applications developed for Apple's VisionPro headset.

'Honkai: Star Rail' was shortlisted in the Visually Stunning category, but Apple finally chose the social application 'Rooms'.
