Western Digital to Showcase diverse new storage products at FMS2024 summit

Client-side field

Western Digital will demonstrate on-site "mainstream PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD products suitable for artificial intelligence computers, gaming devices, workstations, laptops and other mobile client computers".

Data center field

Western Digital will not only exhibit the PCIe 5.0 solid-state drive Ultrastar DCSN861 and the 64TB-class solid-state drive Ultrastar DCSN655+ that were released in June, but also conduct a technical demonstration of the 128TB ultra-high-capacity solid-state drive.

The 128TB solid-state drive adopts the new-generation BiCS8 QLC NAND flash memory and is expected to be based on the previously launched 2Tb capacity particles.

Automotive field

Western Digital will introduce two automotive-grade new products, ATEN610 and iNAND AT EU752.

ATEN610 adopts the M.2 1620 BGA form factor, is equipped with TLC NAND flash memory, and has a maximum capacity of 1TB. It can configure all or part of the storage space as a high-durability SLC mode, which is specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of the next-generation high-performance central computing architecture in automobiles.

iNAND AT EU752 uses BiCS8 NAND flash memory, and the maximum capacity is also 1TB. It complies with the UFS4.0 specification and supports additional functions such as automatic data refreshing and 100% content pre-burning, targeting autonomous driving, advanced assisted driving, and in-vehicle infotainment systems.

Consumer-end field

Western Digital will bring super-large-capacity memory card products in the consumer end, including the 4TB SanDisk microSD UHS-I memory card and the 8TB SanDisk SD UHS-I memory card.

In the field of consumer-end solid-state drives, Western Digital's 16TB mobile solid-state drive concept product and the 16TB SanDisk Backup Plus Cube desktop solid-state drive will also make their debut.
