Unisplendour Corporation's Subsidiary Completes Purchase of 30% of H3C Equity

TapTechNews September 22nd news, Unisplendour Corporation announced on September 20th that the asset transfer procedures for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unisplendour International, to purchase 30% of H3C have been completed.

The subject assets have all been transferred and registered under the name of Unisplendour International, and the equity ratio of H3C held by Unisplendour International has changed from 51% to 81%.

Unisplendour International signed the 'Share Purchase Agreement' with HPE Cayman and IzarHolding on May 24th, 2024, to purchase 29% held by HPE Cayman and 1% held by IzarHolding in the form of cash payment. The total transaction amount of these two parts is 2,142,834,885 US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 15.112 billion Chinese yuan).

The announcement shows that after the completion of the 30% equity of H3C, there are various long-term disposal arrangements for the remaining 19% equity of H3C - Unisplendour International will waive the preemptive right to purchase the remaining 19% equity of H3C, and HPE Cayman has the right to sell the remaining 19% equity of H3C to a third party that meets specific conditions at any time.
