Starting from August 2024, customers can see the adjusted entitlement usage in the management background and can purchase storage expansion packs at the adjusted price.
Starting from September 2024, there will be usage restrictions for the part that exceeds the entitlement usage (for old customers whose order service start date is before August 1, 2024, the use in the original order cycle will not be affected).
Integrate the files originally scattered in instant messages, cloud space, Miaoji, and emails into unified storage and calculate the storage consumption in a combined manner (including the text in cloud documents).
Lower the price of the storage expansion pack from the original $8000 per TB per year to $2000 per TB per year. For customers who have previously purchased cloud space or Miaoji storage expansion packs at the old price, convert the storage space in the valid period to 4 times the capacity to the total storage space.
On the basis of the original cloud space storage and Miaoji storage quota, provide a certain amount of additional storage space for customers of different versions, and the specific quota is shown in the following figure:
Continue to provide unlimited duration video conferences for all customers, but in order to optimize the allocation of RTC resources, resolution degradation may occur after exceeding the upper limit of the video conference usage duration. For customers with large usage of video conferences, Feishu will launch a media-specific deployment plan to provide a safer and high-definition deployment plan, with unlimited usage of intranet video conferences and local P2P screen projection supporting 4K.
