According to public records seen by BusinessInsider and data from JetSpy, the world's second-richest person owns three private jets. Two of them are Gulfstream G650ERs, each worth about 65 million US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 470 million Chinese yuan). The G650ER is favored by global billionaires due to its long range and high speed. Elon Musk and Bill Gates also own the same model.

According to Gulfstream's official website, from Bezos' home in Miami, the G650ER can fly directly to Cape Town, Dubai, and Beijing, and only needs to refuel midway for some areas in Australia and Southeast Asia.

If the plane cruises at the top speed of 0.90 Mach (equivalent to 1110 kilometers per hour), the range will be slightly reduced. But the range of this 22-seat plane can still reach an astonishing 7365 miles (about 11852.82 kilometers). There are few other private jets in the market that can support flights longer than 10 hours.

According to JetSpy's data, Bezos also owns a Pilatus PC-24 light business jet with the tail number N194PJ. This model was manufactured in 2020 and usually costs about 9 million US dollars (currently about 65.07 million Chinese yuan) and can fly up to 2200 miles (about 3540.56 kilometers). However, to fly from Bezos' residence in Miami to Amazon's Seattle headquarters, this plane will need to refuel midway.

In 2016, Bezos bought the first Gulfstream G650ER, with the registration number N271DV, which previously belonged to the Falcon 900EX plane he sold. The Amazon founder's second Gulfstream was purchased in 2019 with the registration number N758PB. According to the FlightAware website, this plane is equipped with a newer Rolls-Royce engine than the other one, which can provide several hundred pounds of additional thrust.

If you try to view these planes on Flightradar24, you will find that they cannot be tracked. This is because this website uses some data from the US Federal Aviation Administration, and the US Federal Aviation Administration's 'Restricted Display of Aircraft Data' program allows aircraft owners to protect their privacy. However, these planes can still be tracked through websites like ADS-BExchange.
