Nearly half a year later, Xianyu has opened two offline stores. The president of Xianyu, Ji Shan, talked about his views on Xianyu's offline stores in a media exclusive interview. Ji Shan said, Xianyu will have a firm investment in offline stores in the next three years.

Ji Shan introduced that Xianyu has already opened two community offline stores, users only need to pack and bring it to Xianyu, which solves the problem that they are unwilling and unable to sell.

Currently, Xianyu's offline stores are more about running the model and verifying the dynamic sales model, to see if the all-category recycling can work offline, whether consumers' willingness is strong, and judging which products should be centralized processing, which can go to the offline, and what is the single-store model like. Currently, the profit and loss of the two stores are balanced, but also need to think about how the future stores make money.

Ji Shan disclosed that Xianyu will also open new stores this year, and will cooperate with properties to enter the community, and with campuses to enter the campus. If it wants to grow bigger in the future, it also needs to find support on the resource side. Some venues may come from the government, post stations, campuses, etc., and it will also open the franchise model, which is in line with Xianyu's consistent attitude.

Some items that cannot be consigned, users can bring them to the store and the store will give them away for free. In addition to physical goods, users can also list services in the store, such as running errands, walking dogs, etc.

The consignment process of Xianyu recycling store:

Deliver to the store and scan for consignment -> Store selection and push for valuation -> Confirm the valuation in the Xianyu App -> Store cleaning and put on the shelf for sale -> Successfully sell and receive payment.

Consignment period (the first month): Successfully sold, receive payment.

Clearance period (the second month): Further reduce price until sold.

If not sold in the clearance period: Can be retrieved or donated to the community charity.

According to the official introduction of Xianyu, th rough the three-step consignment process, users do not need to personally follow up the buying and selling process, do not need to communicate with the buyer, and only need to wait for the sale after consignment.
