China Agricultural University Releases Shennong Large Model 2.0 for Smart Agriculture

TapTechNews July 15th news, the 8th International Conference on Smart Agriculture Innovation and Development was held in Beijing on July 13th, and China Agricultural University released the Shennong Large Model 2.0 at the conference.

TapTechNews noticed that compared to the 1.0 version, the Shennong Large Model 2.0 has been improved in multi-modal interaction such as images, sounds, videos, and documents, as well as intelligent reasoning, enabling the large model to cover multiple agricultural application scenarios such as breeding, planting, breeding, agricultural remote sensing, and meteorology.

The Shennong Large Model 2.0 contains four specialized agricultural professional large models:

Shennong - Solid Core Breeding Large Model: Combined with multi-source high-dimensional data reasoning and analysis to optimize the breeding process, reduce blindness and randomness, and provide a scientific basis for seed screening and adaptability assessment to ensure food security.

Shennong - Foundation Building Planting Large Model: Covers functions such as water and fertilizer management and control, pest and disease identification, and crop growth modeling. Combined with the Internet of Things technology, it realizes intelligent monitoring and precise regulation of the planting environment to improve agricultural planting efficiency.

Shennong - Strong Herding Breeding Large Model: Provides monitoring of the breeding environment, disease intervention, and reasonable feeding plans to promote the transformation of the breeding industry to intelligent and scientific.

Shennong - Asking the Dome Remote Sensing Meteorological Large Model: Focuses on meteorological and remote sensing monitoring, and reduces losses due to natural disasters through accurate early warning to ensure the safety of agricultural production.
