World's First E-commerce Sold

It is introduced that this is the world's first air taxi that was fully paid in the Taobao live broadcast room, and was purchased in full by Heli Intelligent online in March this year, costing 1.99 million yuan ($280,438).

The EH216-S adopts a cutting-edge gull-wing door design, and the cabin is equipped with F1 racing car-style ergonomic seats. All key flight components of the EH216-S adopt a full backup design, including the flight control system, various sensors, power system, battery and its management system. Even if a certain component has a problem, the backup component will take over seamlessly immediately, and the aircraft can still fly smoothly to ensure safety.

The EHang EH216-S has a body length of 5.73 meters ($18.79 feet$), a height of 1.93 meters ($6.33 feet$), can be fully charged within two hours, the fastest flight speed can reach 130 kilometers ($80.78 miles$) per hour, the endurance time is 25 minutes, and the designed range is 30 kilometers ($18.64 miles$).

This product has obtained the standard airworthiness certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, becoming the world's first unmanned manned electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft to obtain an airworthiness certificate. This shows that this product complies with the approved model design and meets the safety and quality requirements for commercial operation.
