BMW Launches R20 Motorcycle Concept with Retro Design and 2.0L Engine

TapTechNews May 26th news, BMW has recently launched its R20 motorcycle concept. This motorcycle features a retro design with a circular front lamp and a combined远近 light lamp group. It is equipped with a horizontally opposed engine with an actual displacement of 2.0 liters (about 122 cubic inches), which is comparable to the displacement of some small cars.

According to the introduction, the BMW R20 concept motorcycle is based on the R12nineT model that has not been launched in the domestic market. The whole body of the vehicle is angular and is equipped with a new swingarm structure. The front shock absorber is inverted, and a single-seat suspension design is used. The seat cushion is covered with Alcantara suede material.

TapTechNews noticed that currently, BMW has not announced the specific specification information of this car. Only know that the wheelbase of this car is 1550 millimeters. Referring to the currently mass-produced BMW motorcycles, the one with the largest engine displacement is the R18 model that is still on sale in the domestic market. The series models are equipped with a 1.8-liter 'boxer' horizontally opposed engine with a maximum power of 91 horsepower and a peak torque of 158 pound-feet.
