'DeviceDiagnostics' is located under the 'System' menu of the settings application. There are two options on this page, 'Component Health Status' and 'Evaluation Mode'. The former allows users to manually test and view the status of components such as the battery and storage, while the latter allows users to 'use one device to evaluate another device'. On the 'Component Health Status' page, a screen test can be run to display a series of screens of different colors for easy visual inspection of whether there are any defects on the screen. A touch test can also be run. When the finger sweeps lightly on the red screen, the screen will turn white, thus showing the obvious position where the touch input may malfunction.

The 'Component Health Status' page allows users to check the health status of the phone battery and storage chip. The battery status page will display the percentage of the remaining capacity of the phone battery as a proportion of the original capacity, the production date of the battery, the first use date, and the charging cycle count. The page will also show the serial number and component status fields, but the phone tested by this media does not support display.

The storage status page will display the remaining life and total capacity of the phone storage chip.

Evaluation Mode requires an auxiliary, trusted device to evaluate the evaluated device. The evaluated device needs to click 'Evaluate Device' to generate a QR code, and other devices can scan this QR code. Doing so will run a series of tests on the evaluated device, some of which require internet access.
