China Post's Zhongyoujiyun Partners with Pinduoduo for Reverse Cross-Border Shopping

TapTechNews on June 14th, TapTechNews learned from the official public account of EMS China Post Express Logistics that China Post's Zhongyoujiyun has reached a cooperation with Pinduoduo.

Zhongyoujiyun is a reverse cross-border shopping (refers to purchasing goods from any domestic e-commerce website on behalf of overseas people) consolidation project specially established by China Post, aiming to provide services such as mail, express deliveries, dedicated lines, and FBA first-mile for countries such as Japan and South Korea, creating a convenient international shopping channel for overseas users.

From then on, overseas users can shop online on Pinduoduo, and Pinduoduo will directly ship to the Zhongyoujiyun warehouse. Zhongyoujiyun checks the arriving mails, enters them into storage and shelves them, and then consolidates and packs multiple orders. Through EMS China Post international transportation to overseas, the buyer can receive the goods overseas.

Zhongyoujiyun said that the online time of the artificial customer service is from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm every Monday to Sunday, and the customer service team can answer various questions about shopping and consolidation.
