In March last year, Huang Zhipan, the executive vice president of the Xingji Meizu Group and the CEO of the Meizu brand, disclosed that Meizu would launch a foldable screen product at the end of the year, but it was not launched as a result. The blogger @Digital Chat Station posted in May last year that the foldable screen of Meizu could not see a mass-produced machine landing in the short term, and the reason was the software adaptation is difficult and the hardware cost is high.
