Volvo Cars' Global Sales Update July Figures and Market Performances

Volvo said that the year-on-year increase in global sales that month was mainly due to the strong performance of pure electric models in the European market. All-electric cars accounted for 25% of the total car sales that month.

In terms of specific models, in July, Volvo XC60 was the best-selling model with a sales of 15,577 units (2023: 18,259 units), followed by XC40/EX40 with a total sales of 13,818 units (2023: 14,594 units), and EX30 with 9,201 units (2023: 0 units).
