The Beijing Business Daily said that the team of With Hui Together, with only about 160 people, is in a high-intensity traffic attention; Dong Yuhui suddenly turned from an anchor to the person in charge of the company, but still did not have a good self-consistency with live-streaming with goods.
Former employees of Oriental Select said that after With Hui Together became independent, some anchors and behind-the-scenes members of Oriental Select are facing a 'choose one from two' situation, and some of them chose to leave Oriental Select and join With Hui Together.
Referring to TapTechNews' previous report, Oriental Select announced in a public notice on July 25 this year that Dong Yuhui no longer serves as an employee of the company and a senior management of a consolidated affiliated entity of the company.
At the same time, Dong Yuhui (the buyer), Beijing New Oriental Xuncheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the seller) and With Hui Together (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (the target company) entered into a sale agreement, and the buyer agreed to acquire 100% of the equity of the target company at a cost of 76.5855 million yuan.
Yu Minhong said that in order to express gratitude to Yuhui, in addition to having already paid all the promised treatment, I have pleaded with the board of directors and the compensation committee and obtained consent to reward all the net profits of With Hui Together to Yuhui. At the same time, the equity purchase price required by Yuhui to hold With Hui Together, I also arranged and paid in a way that complies with the rules of the listed company and the company's articles of association.
Judging from the current situation, the With Hui Together team has a smaller number of people compared to other top anchor teams. For example, Li Jiaqi's behind-the-scenes team, Meione, has about 1200 employees, and Xin Ba's behind-the-scenes team, Xinxuan Group, has more than 4000 people, while Oriental Select also has 1785 full-time employees and 720 part-time employees as of November 30, 2023.
