The document shows that DDR6 memory will have a memory rate ranging from 8.8 Gbps to 17.6 Gbps, and may expand to 21 Gbps. The standard draft will be released this year, and the 1.0 version specification will be announced in the second quarter of next year.

LPDDR6 Memory
