The contributors include the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, China Baowu Steel Group Corporation, Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, China Minmetals Corporation, China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, China National Building Materials Group Corporation, etc., and the planned formation of funds is 3 billion yuan.
Among them, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation is responsible for the recycling and utilization of waste plastics, China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited is responsible for the recycling and utilization of waste textiles, and the scrap steel resource recycling business of China Baowu is expected to be merged as a whole to provide physical support for subsequent promotion of recycled recycling and utilization.
