Hehui Optoelectronics claimed that it has successfully applied three-layer series TandemOLED technology to a wearable panel, achieving 6000 nits brightness and 97.4% BT.2020 wide color gamut. TandemOLED technology, also known as stacked evaporation display technology, is a device structure that connects multiple light emitting units in series through charge generation layers, with characteristics of low power consumption (power consumption reduced by over 30%), high brightness (more than doubled), and long life (device life extended by more than four times).
