Chang'an UNI-K Travel Upgraded Model Launched in the US
TapTechNews May 23rd news, the Chang'an UNI-K travel upgraded model has been recently launched with a price of 159,900 yuan ($22,560). The official also offers a limited-time comprehensive subsidy for the new car. From now until May 31st, users who purchase this model can enjoy a comprehensive subsidy of up to 42,000 yuan ($6,000), and the price of the subsidized new car is only 112,900 yuan ($16,000).
TapTechNews noticed that the UNI-K travel upgraded model has upgraded the 'travel upgrade package' on the basis of the entry-level model (Yueshang type, with a price of 154,900 yuan ($22,000)), positioned as the second-lowest configuration model, while the price has increased by 5,000 yuan ($700). The travel upgrade package includes the Yuexing car side pedal, manganese steel power protection plate (engine underguard), wave-breaking fender, and Leishi exclusive singing microphone.
In terms of appearance, the car adopts a frameless front grille and a scale-like middle grid design. The front headlight group is long and narrow, and the three-pronged design on both sides of the front bumper further adds a sense of fashion. The body size is 4865/1948/1690mm (191.5/76.7/66.5 inches), and the wheelbase is 2890mm (113.8 inches).
In terms of intelligent configuration, the new car is equipped with a high-level intelligent driving assistance system, including six functions such as IACC integrated adaptive cruise system, APA6.0 remote intelligent parking, lane assistance, TSR speed limit recognition function, early warning assisted braking system, and 540° high-definition panoramic imaging system. In addition, it also adds a Leishi exclusive singing microphone, and has configurations such as zero-gravity seats, seat massage, aviation sleep headrest, and Sony speakers.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with the new-generation 2.0T high-pressure direct-injection engine of the Blue Whale, with a maximum power of 233 horsepower and a maximum torque of 390 N·m; the transmission system is matched with the Aisin 8AT automatic manual transmission.
