Blizzard's Overwatch Re-release of Pink Angel Skin and New Rose Gold Set

TapTechNews June 14th news, Blizzard's Overwatch game once launched a PinkMercy pink angel skin in 2018, with a price of 14.99 US dollars (98 RMB in the Chinese server), and all the proceeds were donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation BCRF. A total of 12.7 million US dollars were raised at that time (TapTechNews note: currently about 92.174 million RMB).

Six years later, in response to players' requests, Overwatch 2 announced the re-sale of the pink angel skin, with the price still set at 14.99 US dollars.

Blizzard also launched a new skin set called RoseGoldMercy, that is, the Rose Gold Angel Skin Set, adopting a new design.

In addition to the new appearance of the angel, this set also includes a separate skin for the pink angel weapon, as well as sprays, avatars, etc., priced at 19.99 US dollars (currently about 145 RMB).

Both skins will be on limited sale from Beijing time June 26th to July 9th, and all proceeds will still be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation BCRF.

Blizzard said that the donation in 2018 helped fund researchers who advanced cutting-edge AI tools in the field of mammography, designed models to better predict the response to treatment for invasive breast cancer, identified drugs that might delay tumor formation, and so on.
