According to a report by The Paper on August 20th, the reporter had a video call with Yuan Bingsong, the founder of Laidian. Regarding the 'out of contact' and the statement that it might involve the loss of state-owned assets during the cooperation process between Laidian Technology and the state-owned assets of Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, Yuan Bingsong said that he had already transferred all his shares of Laidian Technology in August 2021. 'Regarding whether there is a loss of state-owned assets that everyone is concerned about, the judicial organs in Pujiang County have already filed an investigation, involving seven or eight people, and as the founder of Laidian, I am cooperating with the relevant departments in the investigation and have made a comprehensive statement of what I know, and I believe there will be a fair conclusion.'

The founding team of Laidian was established in December 2013; in December 2014, Laidian launched the first-generation cabinet and shared power bank.

In 2022, after Laidian Technology encountered a large number of lawsuits from suppliers and agents, and the account of Pujiang Laidian was also frozen, the recipient of Laidian power bank was quietly changed from Pujiang Laidian, which is mainly held by the state-owned assets of Zhejiang Province, to Shenzhen Laidian Ge Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shenzhen Laidian Ge), and Shenzhen Laidian Ge is not the controlled entity of Pujiang Laidian, but the controlled entity of Yuan Bingsong.
