The company will first use this aircraft for ground tests and plans to conduct the first flight test before the second half of 2025, which is expected to become the largest electric aircraft ever to take off. TapTechNews attaches the demonstration video as follows:
HeartAerospace co-founder and CEO Anders Forslund said:
To be able to launch a 30-seat aircraft verification machine with a new power system and mainly independently developed in less than two years fully demonstrates the innovative spirit and firm commitment of our team.
HeartX1 prototype lays a solid foundation for Heart's development of the hybrid electric ES-30 aircraft, which is designed to seat 30 people, with a pure electric cruising range of approximately 124 miles (about 200 kilometers), and a hybrid extended range of 248 miles (400 kilometers). If equipped with a backup generator, the cruising range can reach 497 miles (800 kilometers).
