After setting the automatic order grabbing, the system can automatically match and invite passengers along the way (TapTechNews note: During the period of enabling automatic order grabbing, car owners can also manually search for and invite passengers).

The official said that the automatic order grabbing will match according to the situation of the route and order along the way, time differences, and the trustworthy behavior of the car owner/passenger, etc. The platform gives priority to matching passengers for the routes that enable automatic order grabbing, and each car owner has 2 rights to enable automatic order grabbing every day.

After the automatic order grabbing grabs 1 order on each route, one right is consumed. If the passenger cancels or refuses the car owner's invitation, then this right will be returned to the car owner; if the car owner withdraws the invitation or cancels the order, or if the passenger refuses the invitation or cancels the order due to the car owner's reason, the automatic order grabbing right will not be returned.
