According to the provision 92.303 of retroactive effect in CCAR-92 Safety Management Rules for the Operation of Civil Unmanned Aircraft, referring to the requirements in the document Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Airworthiness of Civil Unmanned Aircraft Systems (AC-92-AA-2024-01) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration, after about half a year of data preparation and flight test verification by Zhejiang Huayi Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., the HY600 unmanned helicopter has completed basic performance flight test items such as ultimate weight center of gravity, altitude, speed, temperature, wind resistance, weather, night, etc., as well as safety assessment of specific flight test items such as durability flight test, instruction change, communication interruption, failure of the remote control station (station), GNSS interruption, electronic fence, and load power supply capacity, andconfirmed that the HY600 unmanned helicopter already has a safety level to support its specific operation activities.

The HY600 is a medium-weight plateau-type general unmanned helicopter. This aircraft adopts a traditional layout of a single rotor with a tail rotor, the main rotor and tail rotor adopt a hingeless hub design that eliminates the need for maintenance, the tail boom and landing gear adopt a quick-release structure design, the whole aircraft adopts a modular design, and at the same time has various forms of mission payload loading, which are the front end of the fuselage, the top of the main rotor shaft mast, the inner compartment of the fuselage abdomen, the outer sides of the fuselage abdomen, and the hanging point under the fuselage belly, coordinated with redundant avionics system design.
