Japan's SLIM Lunar Lander's Operation Mission Ends

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency stated that it has been unable to establish communication with SLIM since May. From May to August, the agency had tried to restore communication with SLIM, but all failed. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency judged that it was impossible to restore communication and finally sent a stop operation instruction to SLIM at 22:40 Japan Standard Time on August 23rd.
