In the online car-hailing waiting area, there are air conditioners, fans or sunshades and other cool and cooling facilities.

In addition, Didi has optimized the walking guidance cards at more than 150 large airports and railway stations across the country, and has launched a real-scene map guidance function at most airports and railway stations, so that users can find the pickup point more quickly after calling a car at the station.

Didi has successively landed cool pickup points in more than 40 shopping malls in 28 cities such as Luoyang, Huangshan, Chenzhou, Huaihua, Hohhot, Lhasa, and Harbin, with outdoor watermelon-themed waiting halls, stop sign pickup points, and indoor rest stations, etc.
