The person in charge of the Anti-Monopoly Division I of the State Administration for Market Regulation reminded the Avanci patent pool of the monopoly risk existing in the licensing process of essential patents for automotive wireless communication standards, and urged the Avanci patent pool to earnestly conduct risk assessment and take effective measures in accordance with the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, do a good job in the prevention and rectification of relevant issues, and strengthen the construction of anti-monopoly compliance, prevent and stop monopoly risks, maintain a fair and competitive market order, and promote the regulated and healthy development of the industry.
