According to Yuanlu Optoelectronics, as the third-generation solar cell technology, the light absorption capacity of perovskite cells is more than 10 times that of traditional crystalline silicon cells. With a thickness of less than 1 micron, it can absorb more than 90% of the sunlight. In manufacturing, the material usage per square meter is less than 2 grams, and the cost is only half or even lower than that of traditional cells, and the manufacturing time is shortened from 2-3 days to less than 1 hour.

Laser etching is a necessary link in the research and development and large-scale mass production of perovskite solar cells, especially more important in large-size perovskite cell modules. This enterprise focuses on how to realize multiple positioning etchings on the premise of ensuring the etching cycle, and launched a 1.2-meter x 2.4-meter (1200mm × 2400mm) perovskite module high-speed laser etching complete equipment.

Specifically, this equipment has the following advantages:

Single equipment with 20 beams, processing time 30s, to achieve higher production capacity;

Using high-precision cameras and software algorithms to achieve precise control of high-precision scribing, the overall precision is 10 um;

Using a new mechanical design concept, the platform moves and the film is scribed to achieve higher stability of the equipment.
