Jaguar Says Goodbye to Fuel-Powered F-Pace with Two Commemorative Models

TapTechNews May 17th news, in order to embrace the electrified future, Jaguar is gradually phasing out fuel-powered models. Recently, Jaguar launched two F-Pace commemorative models to bid farewell to the fuel version of F-Pace officially.

The first model is the 90th Anniversary Edition, aiming to celebrate Jaguar's ninety years of innovation and history of fuel engine manufacturing. This version has the R-Dynamic sport package, diamond-cut wheels and panoramic glass roof. In the interior, the 90th Anniversary Edition adopts high-grade sports seats, contrasting stitching, aluminum trim and black headliner to show luxurious texture.

TapTechNews noticed that this version offers a variety of powertrain options, including four-cylinder and six-cylinder diesel engines, as well as a plug-in hybrid system, with a maximum pure electric range of up to 40 miles (WLTP).

In addition to the 90th Anniversary Edition, Jaguar also launched the F-Pace SVR575 Edition. This version is equipped with a 5.0L supercharged V8 engine, with the maximum power increased to 316 kilowatts and the peak torque of 700 Newton-meters, an increase of 13.4 kilowatts compared to the ordinary SVR. Thanks to the powerful power, the car's 0-60 miles per hour acceleration time is only 3.8 seconds.

In terms of appearance, the SVR575 Edition adopts black trim and 22-inch two-color forged alloy wheels. The interior part is equipped with aluminum trim and Windsor leather and suede sports seats with heating and ventilation functions.

F-Pace will be discontinued later this year. As Jaguar's first crossover model and one of the most successful models, this car will be recorded in the brand's history. Since its launch in 2015, the global sales of F-Pace have exceeded 328,000 units.
